노박(Gallery Nohbak)

‘늘, 항상’, ‘순박하고 어리석다’의 뜻을 가진 순 우리말의 <노박>은 각종 전시와 세미나, 워크숍, 작은 음악회 등이 이루어지는 다목적공간이다. 
또한, 최가철물점 대표이자 쇳대박물관을 운영하는 최홍규 관장이 30여 년간 수집한 동서양의 다양한 앤틱 소품을 전시, 판매하고 있다. 세월이 지나도 아름답고, 만든 이의 정성과 노력으로 감동을 주는 물건을 수집하였다. 이밖에도 최가철물점에서 제작한 철제 소품도 함께 전시, 판매되고 있으며 주문제작도 가능하다.

The pure Korean word <Nohbak> means ‘always, simple, naive’. This multi-purpose Hall holds various types of exhibitions, seminars, workshops and small concerts.
Moreover, it shows and sells different kinds of antiques from all over the world, collected for 30 years by Chief Choi that operates the Lock Museum and Choi’s Hardware Store. The selection of items are the ones that hold beauty with age, move people with the effort put in by the makers. Metal objects produced in Choi’s hardware store are also on display and for sale, and can also be custom made upon request.
